February always heralds the beginning of sales enquiry in rural Lower Hunter Valley.

Properties are looking good. Rains continue, with more forecast. in our region we benefit from any coastal rains.

New listings are under way and will be on the open market soon.

Current listings are being preened by the Vendors ready for Buyers returning to the market after the December/ January holiday season where most of Australia ‘goes to sleep’ or are away enjoying themselves.
